Sleep is a habit that must be prepared with good hygiene habits and sleep routines. When this habit is broken, insomnia appears. To re-establish the habit again, it is necessary to get all routines back on track.
At the clinic, we conducted the workshop “Chasing Sleep” to learn, in a practical way, how to prepare for sleep with different methods of mental disconnection and relaxation.
The workshop is held in person at our Sleep Clinic, in groups of 6-8 people.
The teacher will be our team psychologist Ángels Navarro, a specialist in cognitive development and stimulation.
